- What if I am not satisfied with the PCB/stencil from PCBbee?
- If you are not satisfied with our service or PCB/stencil are flawed, please write to us at service@pcbbee.com immediately. We will handle your complaint promptly. We will repair，redo or refund to you, we will try our best until you are satisfied.
- What type of shipping methods you have? How much time it takes?
- We usually deliver PCB boards by DHL, TNT,UPS and FedEx（3-4days). If your order PCB weight is more than 50KG, we can ship by air or sea which will take longer time than express delivery service. Our Online calculation system only support DHL express at present, please write to service@pcbbee.com if you need other shipping methods.
- How can I get a quote?
- You can use our online quotation system to get an instant offer, and you can also send gerber files or any other necessary files to our mailbox service@pcbbee.com, we will reply within 12 hours.
- Are your PCBs RoHS Compliant?
- Yes. But we also supply PCBs with lead.
- What payment methods are available?
- We accept Paypal, wire transfer and Western Union. Our Paypal account is pay@pcbbee.com. Please write your order number in the comments field when you pay directly to our Paypal account. For wire transfer, please check our bank information at our Contact site or contact service@pcbbee.com.
- Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes, You can pay us PayPal(pay@pcbbee.com) by credit card, but you can't pay us directly by credit card.
- What time does the company open?
- Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-9:00 PM GMT+8. However, our online services are available 24Hours/Day. Our factory operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
